Mushrooms with a soy sauce glaze

Nicely enjoyed on steak
Ingredients:
2 tablespoons butter
1 (8 ounce) package sliced white mushrooms
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 teaspoons soy sauce
ground black pepper to taste

Directions:
Melt the butter in skillet over medium heat; add the mushrooms; cook and stir until the mushrooms have softened and released their liquid, about 5 minutes. Stir in the garlic; continue to cook and stir for 1 minute. Pour in the soy sauce; cook the mushrooms in the soy sauce until the liquid has evaporated, about 4 minutes.

Jello Popcorn Balls

So easy . . .  and a kid favorite!

Instructions:
9 cups popped popcorn
1/4 cup butter or margarine
1 (10 ounce) package marshmallows
6 tablespoons fruit flavored gelatin mix, any flavor

Directions:
Place popcorn in a large bowl; set aside. In a saucepan, melt butter, stir in gelatin and cook until dissolved.  Add marshmallows over low heat until melted.

Pour over popcorn and toss to coat. When cool enough to handle, lightly butter hands and quickly shape mixture into balls.
