16 oz cream cheese, softened
1 1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup heavy cream
Beat together the cream cheese, powdered sugar and vanilla until smooth. Add heavy cream and beat until combined. Add food coloring if necessary.
