1 Pkg of 15 Beans
1 Onion Chopped
1 Can Stewed Tomatos (15oz)
2 Cloves Garlic
2 Chicken Bullion Cubes
1 Polska Kielbasa Sausage cut up in cubes.
1 Ham pkt mix (inside 15 beans bag)
Cook the beans by following directions on bag. You can either first soak them overnight and then cook them for about 2 hours or there is a quick cook method. I think its best to cook my beans with the chopped onion, it helps to bring out the flavor into the beans and guarantee no crunchy onions.
Once the beans are cooked add your tomatos, Garlic, Bullion & Sausage. Let the juices cook out of the sausage and into the soup. Then add the Ham Pkt for more flavor. Yummy. And full of fiber.

Chicken Marsala
Every Italian restraunt I go to I have to try their Chicken Marsala, it's one of my favorites. Well I have found a recipe that I enjoy just as well, so now I can make it at home.
For all you other Chicken Marsala fans, you have to
1/4 cup Flour
1/2 tsp dried marjoram, crushed
4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
2 cups sliced fresh mushrooms
2 cloves chopped garlic
3 tbsp butter or margerine
1/2 cup chicken broth
1/2 cup dry marsala or dry sherry
Hot cooked pasta - (I love angel hair)
FIRST- In a shallow bowl stir in flour, marjoram and a little bit of salt and pepper, press in thawed chicken and cover with flour mixture.
SECOND - Melt butter in a skillet, add garlic and mushrooms and saute for a few minutes. Then remove from pan and add your chicken.
THIRD- Cook chicken on both sides until cooked. When chicken is cooked add your chicken broth and marsala/sherry and simmer uncovered for 2 minutes. Return mushrooms and garlic to chicken.
FOURTH - Serve chicken over pasta and enjoy! Yummy!
