Grandma Jane's Luncheon Salad

It is getting to that time of year when salads taste the best.
Here is one of our favorite salads. I hope you enjoy.

Salad:
3- Chicken Breasts (Boiled cut up & Chilled)
1- Head of Lettuce
1- Cup of Rice (Measure & then cook & Chill)
1- Cup of Celery Chopped Fine
1/2 Green Bell Pepper Chopped Fine

Dressing:
1 Cup Miracle Whip
2 Tbs Milk
Seasoning Salt to taste (at least a tsp)
Sugar to taste.

Do not put salad together until ready to serve. It does not keep well.

If you want to get fancy serve on a Large Lettuce Leaf with Tomatos and Olives on the side with a dinner roll. This salad is great for Showers.
