For all you other Chicken Marsala fans, you have to
give it a try, its really easy and yummy.

4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
2 cups sliced fresh mushrooms
2 cloves chopped garlic
3 tbsp butter or margerine
1/2 cup chicken broth
1/2 cup dry marsala or dry sherry

Hot cooked pasta - (I love angel hair)

FIRST- In a shallow bowl stir in flour, marjoram and a little bit of salt and pepper, press in thawed chicken and cover with flour mixture.

SECOND - Melt butter in a skillet, add garlic and mushrooms and saute for a few minutes. Then remove from pan and add your chicken.

THIRD- Cook chicken on both sides until cooked. When chicken is cooked add your chicken broth and marsala/sherry and simmer uncovered for 2 minutes. Return mushrooms and garlic to chicken.
